Submission of manuscripts.
Manuscripts should be sent to one of the two Editors-in-Chief. Two
copies
are required. They should be typewritten on one side of the
paper, double-spaced
and with generous margins. Figures and
illustrations should be on separate
pages. Manuscripts can be submitted also as PDF files via e-mail to the Editors-in-Chief. All papers will be published in
English. Principally, the manuscripts
should be written in English
but materials in Russian will be also considered
and, if accepted
for publication, they will be translated in English in the
Editorial
office. Authors may not submit papers that are under consideration for
publication elsewhere.
The publisher encourages submission of
electronically
prepared manuscript in LATEX. The LATEX file of the manuscript
should be sent
after the paper has been accepted for
publication. It can be mailed on a
PC diskette or sent via e-mail
to boris@fmi.uni-sofia.bg.
Form of manuscript. The first page should contain
the title, the
name, affiliation and address of each author, and a
short abstract of at most 15
lines. Page 2 should contain an
abbreviated form of the title (less than 43
characters) and the address of
the author to whom galley proofs should be sent.
The equation
number should be placed on the left-hand side of the page. Each
section
should be numbered.
References. The list of references
must be in alphabetical order.
Titles of papers in Russian should be
translated into English. Abbreviations of
names of journals should
follow the standard form established by Mathematical
Reviews. Two

Copyright. With the acceptance of a
paper for publication all
rights related to the reproduction pass
to the publisher.
Proofs. Authors receive only one set of
proofs for corrections and
will be responsible for the expense of
making excessive changes.
Offprints. The publisher will
supply 30 offprints free of charge of
each paper published.
Open problems. Open problems should be sent to the Open Problems
Editor (Sergei Konyagin).
